I specialize in a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and more. I’m also trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and am currently expanding my knowledge in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.

I am dedicated to offering flexible therapy options, including evening and weekend sessions to accommodate your schedule. This flexibility ensures that those with work or personal commitments during conventional hours still have access to the support they need.
Understanding that life is unpredictable, I maintain a structured approach to booking and cancellations. To ensure fairness and consistency, I kindly request that any changes to scheduled sessions be communicated in advance. Uninformed absences, referred to as Did Not Attend (DNA), will incur a charge, and two consecutive DNAs may lead to temporary suspension from therapy until you are ready to re-engage regularly. This policy helps manage the therapy schedule effectively while respecting the commitment of all clients involved.
Our working contract will outline all aspects of our therapeutic relationship, including session fees, length, punctuality, mutual expectations, confidentiality, holiday schedules, complaint procedures, and safeguarding policies. Confidentiality is paramount in my practice, and your information will be handled with the utmost care in compliance with GDPR. However, please be aware that confidentiality has its limits, especially concerning any illegal activities or safeguarding concerns.
Looking ahead, I am excited to announce that face-to-face sessions will soon be an option, further enhancing the ways in which I can offer support.
